This full time position requires a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales with demonstrated success in securing contracts and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have an established network in Chicago's hospitality industry and exceptional closing abilities.

The Dishwasher / Commis is responsible for handling all receiving of deliveries and storage of all food goods. Additionally, deep cleaning, product rotation, and organization of common storage areas are expected to be completed daily or weekly depending on the scope of the project. The dishwasher / commis also assists with completion of daily receiving logs and ensures all product received is of acceptable quality. Communication with the managers ordering and handling food cost is another essential role for this position.
